The 293 kW installation consists of 902 rooftop solar panels that will offset 100% of the building’s electric usage.

Brett Levin, Vice President of MHS Lift, commented “We studied solar energy for years before making the decision to go with solar. As a stakeholder in MHS Lift, solar reduces our operating costs and allows us to reinvest in our organization. As a stakeholder in our planet, solar reduces our dependence on fossil fuels and helps to reverse climate change. Solar is a win for MHS Lift, for our employees and for our customers.
We were very pleased with Independence Solar. They handled every aspect of solar for us – from supporting our financing team, to integrating with our new roof and handing over the project to our internal operations team. I would completely trust Independence Solar to deliver a seamless turnkey project.”
Keith Peltzman, President at Independence Solar, shared: “We are honored that MHS Lift selected Independence Solar. We deeply appreciate the trust MHS Lift placed in us to construct and maintain solar on their headquarters.
